Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and lead your team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer service professionals.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Performance Management: Monitor and improve team performance, identifying areas for growth and development.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A basic starting salary of £31,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £35,650 per annum through bonuses.
- Benefits Package: 28 days paid holiday per year, bonuses for achieving targets, enhanced parental leave, pension scheme, healthcare cash plan, wellbeing initiatives, and a sharesave scheme.
