We are currently recruiting for a Claims Handler to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Claims Handler, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of insurance claims from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Owning a caseload of insurance claims across a multi-client team
- Managing all aspects of the claim from start to finish
- Being available to field calls from customers, clients, and suppliers
- Being responsible for the pivotal part of the customer journey in regard to their insurance claim
- Engaging with clients, customers, and suppliers via an omni-channel approach which includes email, phone, and our bespoke messaging service
- Good IT skills with the ability to use multiple systems (Microsoft, bespoke packages)
