About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Handler to join our Property team in Stoke. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for handling claims from initial contact to resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with customers, insurers, and suppliers to resolve claims efficiently
  • Analyse policies to determine claim coverage and devise effective claims processing strategies
  • Communicate with policyholders to keep them informed about claim progress
  • Set up new claims, appoint contractors, and update internal systems
  • Issue payments and arrange settlements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
