About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Active Personnel Recruitment LTD. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Be responsible for the overall management of our construction sites, including supervising site staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of site staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with site staff, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly, ensuring that site operations are not disrupted.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary safety procedures are in place.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work is completed to the required quality standards, and that any defects or issues are identified and addressed promptly.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A relevant qualification in construction management or a related field, such as a degree in construction management or a HNC/HND in construction.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in a site management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of site staff. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems promptly. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality control procedures.
