Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Management: Be responsible for the overall management of our construction sites, including supervising site staff, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being carried out to the highest quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all site staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, and that all necessary safety procedures are in place.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with site staff, contractors, and project managers to ensure that all parties are aware of project progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10 years of experience in a site management or supervisory role.
  • Qualifications: Specific skill-based qualification to level 3 or above, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site staff.
  • Health and Safety: Hold a valid health and safety certification, such as SMSTS or NEBOSH.
