Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Offshore Drilling Specialist to join our team in Brazil. In this role, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment, ensuring the safety of all personnel, and contributing to the successful execution of offshore drilling operations.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain drilling equipment according to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor well conditions and implement appropriate drilling techniques.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of drilling personnel, including Assistant Drillers, Derrickhands, Pumphands, Floorhands, and Rovers.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of drilling operations and equipment performance.
Qualifications
  • Must be eligible to work in Brazil without Visa Sponsorship.
  • High School Diploma or Relevant Craft Certificate.
  • Graduate of Trade School or University with applicable knowledge.
  • Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates.
  • Successful completion of D-CAP Assessment.
  • Knowledge of technical calculations for safe drilling operations.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid Well Control certificate.
