Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Clinical Development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and establishing the direction of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining clear visibility of all aspects of projects.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, third parties, and external collaborators to achieve project goals.
- Manage project risks, ensuring routine risk management and mitigation strategies are in place.
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management, summarizing project status based on key project metrics.
- Mentor and assist team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management, or directly equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile PM qualification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects through a Product Development Process.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic concepts and manage change within the organization.
- Planning, project management, and governance of multiple projects, activities, and resources.
- Ability to work across functional and organizational boundaries, with fluency in Mandarin Chinese desirable but not required.
