Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Manager to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing accounts, working with clients across various sectors, and coaching junior staff.

About the Role:

As an Accounts Manager, you will take a lead in the coaching of juniors, reviewing and supporting their audit/accounts work, and providing valuable insights to clients to help grow their portfolio. You will receive continuous support throughout your role, reporting to senior managers on your progress, and keeping your client portfolio up to date at all times.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with extensive experience working in practice, carrying out high-quality accounts work. You will also need excellent interpersonal and managerial skills, with a strong commitment to providing professional excellence to build strong client relationships.
