Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Clinical Systems Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting and establishing the direction of projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining clear visibility of all aspects of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, third parties, and external partners to drive project success.
  • Manage project risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Provide regular updates to Senior Management, summarizing project status based on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Assist and mentor others, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive team growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, management, or a related field.
  • Higher level of education preferred, along with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects through a product development process, with a strong understanding of project management best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within Lean or Agile environments, with the ability to tailor and map between different methodologies at scale.

Competencies

  • Ability to develop strategic concepts and drive business growth.
  • Ability to manage change and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong planning, project management, and governance skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and resources.
  • Ability to work across functional and organizational boundaries, with a strong understanding of business operations.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is desirable but not required.
