Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager Clinical Systems to join our team at Waters Corporation. As a key member of our Clinical Systems Development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and regulatory, to ensure project goals are met.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management, summarizing key metrics and progress.
  • Mentor and guide project team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Agile PM certification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on clinical systems development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
