About the Role

Job Summary

Energi People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Proposal Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing and driving our bid process, collaborating with multiple business units and project leaders to create compelling and persuasive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee tender commercial strategies and manage internal bid meetings to ensure the timely production of high-quality bid documents.
  • Develop and implement effective bid management processes to ensure adherence to company governance and deliver exceptional value to clients.
  • Provide feedback and handover winning bids to our project delivery teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop winning proposals.
  • Utilize project management skills to juggle multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful bid outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bid management, proposal development, or business development.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective tender strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
