Bid Solutions is looking for a skilled Proposal Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing intricate proposals within the public sector, aimed at securing new contracts for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Crafting persuasive responses to proposal inquiries in accordance with client requirements to bolster the overall proposal process.
- Conducting thorough discussions with various stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Performing in-depth research on client profiles.
- Managing the submission and distribution of Invitations to Tender (ITTs) and proposals through relevant platforms.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of market trends and business intelligence, while notifying the sales team of potential opportunities.
- Engaging in additional projects and tasks to assist the Proposal Management and Business Development teams as necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in proposal writing for public sector contracts.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to perform effectively under pressure to meet proposal deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
