End Point Assessor

Pearson is seeking a highly skilled and experienced End Point Assessor to join our team. As an End Point Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our apprenticeship assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct holistic assessments of apprentices' knowledge, skills, and behaviour in accordance with published assessment and grading criteria and procedures.
- Maintain and provide evidence of ongoing, relevant Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
- Assess the performance of candidates in a fair and unbiased manner.
- Follow the protocols set out in Pearson's specifications, assessment materials, and quality assurance protocols.
- Report all risks and issues encountered during the end-point assessment to Pearson.
- Ensure all EPA reports and assessment evidence are of high quality and recorded accurately.
- Support Pearson with any appeals from apprentices regarding assessment decisions.
- Hold a relevant Level 6 qualification and a qualification that meets the criteria set by the Department for Education.
- Have 2 years postgraduate relevant experience within Early Years Practice.
- Hold a DBS Certificate.
- Hold an Assessor qualification.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and codes of practice.
- In-depth knowledge of the associated apprenticeship standard, assessment plan, specification, assessment instruments, and recording tools.
