Senior End Point Assessor

At Pearson, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior End Point Assessor to join our team. As a Senior End Point Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting end-point assessments of apprentices in the Sporting Excellence Professional apprenticeship standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-point assessments of apprentices in the Sporting Excellence Professional apprenticeship standard
- Ensure that all assessments are conducted in accordance with the assessment plan and specification
- Provide high-quality feedback to apprentices and employers
- Collaborate with Pearson's quality assurance team to ensure that all assessments meet the required standards
Requirements:
- Significant relevant practical experience developing players within the specific elite sports environment
- Hold or be working towards an assessors qualification (A1 assessors award or TAQA qualification)
- Hold a recognised sport specific coaching qualification at Level 3 or higher
- Be approved or sanctioned by the relevant National Governing Body of sport
