As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver rehabilitation services to patients with complex needs.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to support patients in achieving their goals and improving their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- HCPC registration and experience in rehabilitation services.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
