About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. The successful candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation and management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists in the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with the Inpatient Services Manager and Occupational Therapy Professional Lead to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to promote patient independence and discharge.
  • Drive and deliver rehabilitation on the wards, ensuring a high level of care and support for patients.
