Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key performance indicators, and providing on-the-ground support to sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
  • Manage KPIs daily and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates to generate leads and close deals
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure the sales team has excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry
Requirements:
  • Considerable previous experience in sales management and a successful track record in field sales management
  • Demonstratable sales acumen and understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
