Priory Group is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Mather Fold House, a specialized residential care facility near Preston. We provide 24-hour support to adults with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Mental Health issues.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their goals, develop self-esteem, and live as independently as possible. You'll assist with daily living activities, encourage participation in social and recreational programs, and provide emotional support in a compassionate and respectful manner.
