Claims Manager

We are seeking a skilled Claims Executive to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Claims Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering a proactive, efficient, and effective claims service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee client claims with insurers, negotiating appropriate claims settlements while ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines.
- Support Account Executives with client retention and new business opportunities by promoting and embracing our Claims Proposition.
- Lead the claims proposition with Account Executives, face-to-face with clients, and regular claims meetings as dictated by client needs and claim volumes.
- Presentation of claims proposition to prospective clients.
- Ensure delivery of a proactive, efficient, and effective claims service, providing accurate, compliant, and value-added services.
- Management of high-value and/or complex claims.
- Good influencing skills and commercial awareness.
