Claims Executive Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Executive to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Claims Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering a proactive, efficient, and effective claims service to our clients across the Thames Valley Region.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and overseeing client claims with insurers, negotiating appropriate claims settlements while ensuring full compliance with FCA guidelines.
  • Supporting our Account Executives with client retention and new business opportunities by promoting and embracing our Claims Proposition.
  • Stewardship of large clients for all things claims, including leading the claims proposition with the Account Executive, face-to-face with clients, regular claims meetings as dictated by client needs and claim volumes.
  • Presentation of claims proposition to prospective clients.
  • Ensuring delivery of a proactive, efficient, and effective claims service, providing accurate, compliant, and value-added services.
  • Management of high-value and/or complex claims.

We are passionate about development and will ensure you receive all the training and development you need to progress with us. The role is based in Winnersh, with regular travel to clients in the Region.
