Job Title: Claims Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Claims Executive to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Claims Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering a proactive, efficient, and effective claims service to our clients across the Thames Valley Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee client claims with insurers, negotiating appropriate claims settlements while ensuring full compliance with FCA guidelines.
  • Support Account Executives with client retention and new business opportunities by promoting and embracing our Claims Proposition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Lead the claims proposition with Account Executives, face-to-face with clients, and regular claims meetings as dictated by client needs and claim volumes.
  • Presentation of claims proposition to prospective clients.
  • Ensure delivery of a proactive, efficient, and effective claims service, providing accurate, compliant, and value-added services.
  • Management of high-value and/or complex claims.
