Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee client claims, negotiating appropriate claims settlements while ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines.
  • Support Account Executives with client retention and new business opportunities by promoting and embracing our Claims Proposition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage high-value and complex claims, ensuring accurate and compliant services.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a keen eye for detail.
  • Good influencing skills and commercial awareness.
  • Resilience and a proactive attitude.
