About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our client's team. As a key member of the IT department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for the company's IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including firewalls, switching, and WiFi.
  • Administer the company's O365 tenant and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Work closely with suppliers and partners to deliver secure, scalable, and effective IT solutions.
  • Manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Systems Administrator with experience in SaaS, IT Helpdesk, and network administration.
  • Hands-on experience with administration of O365 tenant and corporate network infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in a rapidly changing business environment.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco networking practices and principles, PowerShell, and cloud infrastructure (AWS and/or Azure).
What We Offer
  • £200 - £250 Per day (Inside IR35)
