Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our Freight Forwarding team at Macgregor Cavendish (UK) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads in Sea Freight and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Sea Freight
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and market share
  • Utilize CRM platform to track leads and sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in Sea Freight sales with a strong understanding of the industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in CRM software
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development
