Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our producers in managing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with producers to manage projects, including sourcing locations, booking resources, and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist with creating project briefs, consolidating information, and interpreting client feedback.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external experts to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate shoots, including sourcing models, wardrobe, and props, as well as handling permits and logistics.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Experience in a production or media-related role.
