Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client liaison: Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Project scoping: Interpret briefs and develop cost-effective solutions that meet client needs.
  • Timing plans: Assist with creating project timing plans and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Resource planning: Work with the resource team to plan and allocate resources for projects.
  • Briefing: Assist with preparing and consolidating briefs for the studio team.
  • Team management: Collaborate with freelance talent to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Commercial awareness: Develop a strong understanding of the business and identify opportunities to improve profit.
  • Problem solving: Find solutions to issues and escalate problems as needed.
  • Reconciliation: Assist with reconciling projects to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Project Debrief: Participate in debrief sessions to identify areas for improvement.
