Job Title: Executive Producer

Ride Shotgun is a dynamic and innovative agency that's changing the game in the UK. As an Executive Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our production department. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality productions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global photography and video projects from end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop strong client relationships and work closely with our client service team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Utilize commercial awareness to negotiate rates and ensure we're always competitive in the industry.
  • Find solutions to complex problems and educate your team to do the same, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Interpret briefs, find cost-effective solutions, and oversee project timing plans to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule and manage your time effectively, supporting your team in completing tasks to deadline.
  • Work closely with Producers and the Studio Manager to ensure we have the right internal or freelance resources for projects.
  • Communicate effectively with all crew and departments throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Executive Producer or Senior/Lead Producer.
  • Commercially excellent, confident, and assertive.
  • Strong background in video and photography production.
  • Team player, ambitious, and motivated.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Positive, up-beat, optimistic, and passionate.
  • Able to generate and present sophisticated production proposals with confidence and passion.

Location and Working Hours:

Based in Leeds, you'll work from our Kirkstall Road studio, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.
