Job Title: VP, Financial Consultant

Crédit Agricole Group is a leading banking group in Europe, with a strong cooperative and mutual heritage. As a VP, Financial Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that serves 52 million customers globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Originate, structure, and manage fund financing transactions for Private Equity, infrastructure, real estate, and credit funds.
  2. Liaise with the coverage team to develop CLF business and client strategy.
  3. Manage the credit process, including writing credit requests and presenting transactions to business and credit committees.
  4. Execute transactions, drafting and negotiating term sheets, facilities, and securities agreements.
  5. Participate in proposal creation and client pitches to develop the CACIB FSG franchise.
  6. Monitor portfolio facilities, issuing guarantees, negotiating amendments, and managing the banking syndicate.
  7. Promote cross-selling within CACIB and maintain knowledge of fund finance, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate industries.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of fund finance, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate industries.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
