Job Title: VP, Financial Consultant

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a highly skilled VP, Financial Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our Corporate and Investment Banking arm, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and managing fund financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, and manage fund financing transactions, including capital call/subscription lines, etc.
  • Liaise with the coverage team to develop CLF business and client strategy.
  • Manage the credit process up to the final decision, including writing credit requests and presenting transactions to business and credit committees.
  • Participate in the creation of proposals and commercial origination to clients or prospects.
  • Monitor portfolio facilities, issue guarantees, negotiate and monitor amendments and waivers, and manage the banking syndicate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Some prior experience in Corporate/Structured finance, credit analysis/structuring/legal documentation.
  • Strong interest in the private equity industry.
  • Fund finance experience/knowledge is a strong plus.
  • Strong motivation to be part of a successful team in a large international bank.
  • Responsible and disciplined mindset with high sensitivity to risk and compliance issues.
