Job Title: VP, Financial Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, and manage fund financing transactions for private equity, infrastructure, and real estate funds.
  • Liaise with the coverage team to develop business and client strategies.
  • Manage the credit process, including writing credit requests and presenting transactions to business and credit committees.
  • Participate in the creation of proposals and commercial origination for clients and prospects.
  • Monitor portfolio facilities, issue guarantees, and negotiate amendments and waivers.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of fund finance, private equity, infrastructure, and real estate industries.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Crédit Agricole CIB products and services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
