Tenant Liaison Officer

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a skilled Tenant Liaison Officer to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis.

  • Provide consultation and support to residents prior to, during, and after works to their homes, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop effective working relationships with residents, clients, subcontractors, site-based personnel, and the Customer Care Department.
  • Carry out individual resident inductions, including introductions to the process, scope of works, property condition surveys, and access arrangements.
  • Book appointments to enable works to be carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building strong relationships with residents, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinating works to be carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a housing or facilities maintenance environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
