London, Greater London, United Kingdom Creative Support Full time

Are you dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with care requirements? Do you have a passion for enabling them to enhance their quality of life while helping them achieve their aspirations?

Creative Support is a charitable organization committed to delivering exceptional, individualized assistance to individuals with physical disabilities, learning challenges, mental health issues, and dementia. Our support is customized to meet the unique needs of each client, promoting independence and community involvement.

We seek composed, resourceful, and dynamic individuals who are highly driven, diligent, and eager to assist older adults in a comprehensive and proactive manner. You should possess strong skills in effective communication and engagement, demonstrating unwavering positive regard for all our service users. Your role will involve supporting individuals in maintaining their mental, physical, and emotional well-being, empowering them to lead fulfilling and successful lives.

Creative Support is devoted to your ongoing professional growth. As a successful candidate, you will undergo a thorough local and corporate orientation and may be enrolled in the Care Certificate program if applicable. Upon completing your probationary period, you will automatically be registered for the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care. You will have the chance to discuss your training and development needs during regular supervision and appraisal sessions.

You must be prepared to engage in all facets of the role, including but not limited to assisting with personal care and household tasks, as well as supporting individuals in accessing employment, education, and social opportunities. Flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work on a roster basis, which may include evenings. While prior experience is beneficial, it is not essential; what we value most is your enthusiasm and proactive attitude.
