Position Overview

This position is part of our centralized Analytics division, dedicated to delivering insights that inform our strategies in Marketing, Customer Insights, and Safer Gambling. Our goal is to foster a robust culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Insights Analyst, you will:

  • Support the Digital business by providing insightful analyses that guide commercial decisions, focusing on areas such as customer acquisition, CRM, loyalty initiatives, cross-selling strategies, churn analysis, and customer behavior.
  • Regularly monitor business performance and identify critical areas for in-depth analysis, offering insights into underlying trends and drivers.
  • Utilize customer and transactional data to pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement and increased customer lifetime value, ensuring all potential avenues are thoroughly tested and optimized prior to automation.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities to evaluate their success and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Present findings to key stakeholders and collaborate with the team to contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing overall business performance.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in the gambling or gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience supporting commercial teams.
  • Background in an analytical role.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, with Power BI being advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze extensive datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
