Role Overview
This position is part of our centralized Analytics team. Our goal is to deliver insights related to Marketing, Customer Insights, and Safer Gambling, fostering a robust culture of data-driven decision-making within our organizational strategy.
As a Commercial Insights Analyst, you will provide valuable and actionable analyses to inform recommendations on commercial strategies, including customer acquisition, CRM and loyalty initiatives, cross-selling tactics, churn management, and customer behavior analysis.
Your responsibilities will include the regular monitoring of business performance, identifying key areas for in-depth analysis, and uncovering insights on underlying trends and drivers. You will leverage customer and transactional data to pinpoint opportunities for revenue enhancement and customer retention, ensuring all prospects are thoroughly tested and optimized prior to automation.
Additionally, you will analyze marketing campaigns, promotions, and activities to assess their effectiveness and provide insights on optimization strategies. You will present your findings to key stakeholders and collaborate closely with the team to contribute to strategic negotiations aimed at enhancing overall business performance.
Required Qualifications
- Preferable experience in the gambling or gaming industry.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or familiarity with one of the following: Python, R, SAS.
- Proven commercial experience supporting business teams.
- Background in an analytical role.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools, with Power BI being advantageous.
- Ability to analyze extensive datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
