Job Title: Corporate Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in food and beverage operations across our portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that align with our brand and corporate goals.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our hotel teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with our training team to develop and communicate best practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify business risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute communication plans to share ideas, best practices, and concerns with our hotel teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our hotel teams, corporate stakeholders, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in food and beverage disciplines within the hotel industry.
  • Brand experience in Hilton, Marriott, or Hyatt brands.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, event management, SOPs, and P&L budgeting.
  • Proven success prioritizing and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with General Managers and Key Stakeholders.
  • Ability to positively influence without direct authority.
  • Strong skills in Micros POS and ability to troubleshoot issues with hardware or software.
  • Food safety and liquor service certifications.
  • High level of competency in Excel, Word, POS, PMS.

Education and Professional Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management or commensurate related experience.
