Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to our food and beverage operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our hotel teams on food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Drive innovation and excellence in food and beverage, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with our training team to develop and communicate best practices and standard operating procedures across the portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our hotel teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and economic conditions to inform our food and beverage strategies.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in food and beverage disciplines within the hotel industry, with a strong background in multi-unit operations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Proven success in driving innovation and excellence in food and beverage, with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hotel teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to positively influence without direct authority, with a strong sense of leadership and vision.
  • Strong skills in Micros POS and ability to troubleshoot issues with hardware or software.
  • Food safety and liquor service certifications.
  • High level of competency in Excel, Word, POS, PMS.
Education and Professional Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management or commensurate related experience.
