About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support residents with choosing their meal options and ensure that dining tables are set in accordance with our standard operating procedures.
- Keep the front of house clean, tidy, and well-presented, and ensure that dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
- Ensure fresh homemade cakes and biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day.
- Be aware of residents' dietary requirements and ensure that their needs are met.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, compassion, and commitment to delivering exceptional culinary services to our residents.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a similar setting, such as a restaurant or hotel, would be desirable.
- A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
