Corporate Food and Beverage Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Stonebridge Companies. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and support to our food and beverage operations across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement food and beverage strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to our hotel teams on food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive food and beverage revenue.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, and provide insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
  • Work closely with our training team to develop and deliver training programs for our food and beverage staff.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
