About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Support Specialist to join our global team at Lightspeed. As a key member of our Support team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who need assistance, helping with a wide variety of requests related to our hospitality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Work closely with global teams to identify and escalate product issues and bugs.
- Document and track customer interactions using our customer support platforms.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to reproduce and escalate product issues.
- Advocate for improvements to our products and services.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience and/or technical support.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic experience using common online, mobile, and desktop platforms.
