We are looking for a dependable and observant Security Relief Specialist to become part of our dedicated team.
As an essential contributor to our security operations, you will have a significant impact on protecting our client's premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, visitors, and property.
Security Relief Specialists are needed to enhance current teams and will be called upon for both scheduled and ad-hoc duties. This includes advance notification of shifts, covering vacancies in the security team schedule, providing support for absences, and undertaking additional responsibilities as required.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, adaptable, and a personable security expert. If you seek consistent hours while working across diverse locations, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the physical security of client properties Conduct routine patrols Respond swiftly to alarms and incidents, taking necessary actions Enforce access control measures and verify the identity of individuals on-site Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting and directing visitors Maintain thorough and precise records of security-related activities Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed Uphold high standards consistently, preserving the professional image of ISS Participate in induction and training as required Foster a secure and safe working environment at client locationsCandidate Profile
Valid SIA licence Demonstrated experience in security or a related field Strong observational and communication abilities Capacity to remain composed under pressure and manage emergencies effectively Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Familiarity with security protocols and procedures Willingness to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekendsAbout ISS
