Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the project management team with ongoing and new private residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the project management team with project coordination, risk management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Prepare and submit project reports, including quality and progression updates.
- Assist the accounts department with project-related debt and ensure good cost control across projects.
- Coordinate onsite deliveries and ensure resources are available in line with the client's program.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a fire or security background, or electrical background.
- Excellent coordination skills and experience working with different teams at once.
- FIA qualification is an advantage.
- CSCS Card or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work in a commutable distance of Kent.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £30k-£45k dependent on experience, plus 23 days holiday, private healthcare, income protection, death in service, and electric car charging at the office.
