Security Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Specialist to join our team at Upbeat Recruitment. As a Security Service Specialist, you will be responsible for servicing and reactive work on Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems to customers in the Kent area.
Key Responsibilities- Service and maintain Intruder Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform reactive work on-site to resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
- Work with ladders at height and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
- Travel to various sites across the Kent area and work flexibly to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and share knowledge to improve service delivery.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Fire and Security Engineering.
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of fire alarms and security systems.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards in the UK.
- Valid and clean driving license to travel between client sites.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with fire and security system installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and provide outstanding service.
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of installation, maintenance, and documentation.
- Commissioning experience in fire and security systems.
