We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Relief Officer to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our security provision, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our client's sites, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and assets.
The Role
- Responsible for the physical security of client premises, including conducting regular patrols and responding promptly to alarms and incidents.
- Enforce access control and verify the identity of individuals on-site, providing excellent customer service by assisting and guiding visitors.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of security-related activities, collaborating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
- Ensure high standards at all times, maintaining the professional image of ISS and promoting a secure and safe working environment at client sites.
- Undertake induction and training as needed, utilizing knowledge of security protocols and procedures to effectively manage security-related tasks.
About You
- Valid SIA licence and proven experience in security or a related field.
- Strong observational and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
