  • Collaborating with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers to ensure seamless collection and delivery of stock, while efficiently resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Preparing necessary documentation for UK and international markets, coordinating with local authorities and validating shipping details.
  • Creating Purchase Orders and managing lead times with suppliers for specialized international markets.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, ensuring all records are complete.
  • Generating regular performance reports to provide insights into operational efficiency.

To be considered for this Sales Order Coordinator position, candidates should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or supply chain roles.
  • International experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in SAP is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone demeanor.
  • A process-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • A high level of accuracy, as this role involves critical stock and invoicing responsibilities.
