Job Title: Sales Support Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Crisp Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will work closely with Sales, Service, and Finance to ensure a smooth operation of the company's sales and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for incoming customer enquiries
- Ensure efficient processing of sales and service orders
- Manage supplier and customer invoices
- Coordinate logistics of incoming and outgoing goods
- Raise invoices and track billing
- Provide general admin support and assistance
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Works with precision, good attention to detail
- Strong written communication
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated
- Intermediate user of Excel
- Ability to prioritise and juggle varied workload
