Role Overview

As a Mortgage Case Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, precise, and suitable responses to inquiries from clients, financial institutions, or legal representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive security and Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments on borrowers.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Lending Policies and identify potential concerns to support underwriters in their evaluations and approvals.
  • Prepare essential documentation, including European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) and Facility Letters.
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems to ensure efficient access to information.
  • Accurately input data and consistently update internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Comply with all risk management, compliance, and financial crime-related policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with a flexible mindset.
  • Exhibit proficiency in administrative tasks, computer skills, and effective communication.
  • Have a solid understanding of Credit Agency reports, KYC, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and fraud prevention mechanisms.
