Job Summary:

Omega Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales team, ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Respond to customer enquiries, raise quotations, and process orders through to dispatch.
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in order processing and customer service software.
