About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Manager. As a key member of our community development team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent services and improving resident satisfaction across all schemes within your area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Excellent Services: Work closely with residents, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our tenants.
  • Improve Resident Satisfaction: Conduct regular surveys and focus groups to understand resident needs and concerns, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with local community groups, businesses, and organizations to benefit Salvation Army Homes and our tenants.
  • Effective Tenancy Sustainment: Work with residents to identify and address issues that may lead to tenancy termination, and develop strategies to prevent voids and arrears.
  • Community Development: Identify opportunities to enhance community development and engagement, and work with residents and stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives.
  • Safeguarding and Anti-Social Behaviour: Work proactively with residents and stakeholders to address safeguarding concerns and anti-social behaviour, and develop strategies to prevent reoccurrence.
