About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Manager. As a key member of our housing services team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent services and improving resident satisfaction across all schemes within your area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Be at the forefront of delivering excellent services and improving resident satisfaction across all schemes within your area.
  • Partnerships: Seek out and develop partnerships within your patch area to benefit Salvation Army Housing Association and tenants.
  • Tenancy Sustainment: Deliver effective tenancy sustainment, resident engagement, customer satisfaction, and community development.
  • Housing Management: Deliver an efficient and effective housing management service to tenants and meet Key Performance Indicators in relation to voids and arrears.
  • Geographical Patch: Take ownership of your geographical generic patch and be solution-focused to provide services to internal and external partners.
  • Anti-Social Behaviour: Work proactively with residents when dealing with anti-social behaviour and Safeguarding concerns.
  • Tenant Support: Ensure tenants' needs and problems are identified early and responded to promptly to enable people to sustain their tenancies.
