Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at the Royal College of Physicians. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the AU and external stakeholders to use data to drive improvement, quality assurance, and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information analysis and insight within the AU across all workstreams.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and review of performance, information, and reporting systems using available datasets.
  • Develop information dashboards for NHS and independent healthcare providers registered with our six accreditation programmes.
  • Work closely with an external software provider to develop and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles.
